This Gala 3-day event is jam packed with activities and will provide an experience for everyone. The event will kick off with a breakfast recognising “Women in the Workforce” with four exceptional speakers addressing pertinent issues. Commencing at 7am in the Basketball Stadium and sponsored by GBP Cranes entry is only $15; partners welcome.
ALL ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE GALA DINNER ON THE FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE TOWN HALL WHERE THE EXPO WILL BE OPENED BY SENATOR THE HON. MATT CANAVAN, FEDERAL MINISTER FOR RESOURCES & NORTHERN AUSTRALIA.
MC for the evening will be Murray Hartin renowned poet, author and entertainer. The keynote speaker is our special guest Damian Thomlinson, commando veteran of the Afghanistan conflict. This fun filled evening will include a charity auction with the proceeds going to the Community Scholarship Fund supporting students in need, who are attending tertiary education. Tickets $65 per head and can be purchased on line.

Whitehaven Coal is the Major Sponsor and will be offering Bus excursions to their Maules Creek mine site on the Saturday morning leaving from the Expo Site at the Gunnedah Show Ground. There will also be tours to inspect a newly installed Solar Equipped Irrigation Bore. Food and beverages will be available on site and there will be Children’s entertainment on the Saturday including Jumping Castle and Pony Rides. Radio station 88.9fm will be broadcasting from the event with the opportunity for exhibitor interviews.
